Dear Mr. Sunshine,

	I could appear for one of your Symphonic and Concert Workshops at any
time on either November 17 or 18.  My presentation would be a film and talk
on the completely computerized music printing system I have developed over
the past years.  The film runs about 25 minutes.  I would present the film 
first and then give more detailed description of my methods of inputting music
to the computer and the various processes this system uses for automatic 
spacing and page lay-out.

	I will also describe how
my system produces separate orchestral parts from full scores and can produce several
transpositions of any page of music.  And I would like to offer my ideas on
a system for the electronic distribution of music which would make
obsolete the necessity of publishers having large, expensive 
inventories of printed music.
I have numerous printed examples made by this system.  These range from
15th-century notation to analytical diagrams made for a book on harmonic analysis.  
I have enclosed an example of some of my work.
